SYM is another supplier to Honda that broke out to go on it's own. They seem a little more popular in the motorcycle realm than Kymco, but for both companies the big market is in scooters not motorcycles. (Women and men drive scooters, only men drive motorcycles ... )
Again they are 4 stroke engines(Honda legacy) but with a nice clean layout. The tail pipe is distinctive, like a BSA.
You can always pick out the older bikes because the front brake is of the drum type, newer bikes all use a disk.
Disk brakes came first in the 1960's on the Honda CB450 as a kit that let you swap out for the factory drum brake. Honda incorporated that disk technology in the late 1960's with the CB750. These upgrade packages are still around in Taiwan.
This is a common older bike still on the road.
But SYM too has modern bikes like Kymco.
